Returns and Approvals

Our Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, or exchange/store credit within 30, with original receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. 

Items eligible for return:

  • In-stock regular priced items 

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom orders
  • Original Art
  • Last Call & sale merchandise
  • Gift cards

Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less original shipping and installation fees. Shipping and installation are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account. 

At any time, PI Fine Art reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. Damaged returns will not be accepted.


Our Approval Policy 

We understand that deciding on the perfect piece of art that will suit your space can sometimes be daunting. For this reason, we offer an approval process that allows you to try out Original Art for a maximum of 3 days. 

If you have a trade account with us, you can also take samples out on approval.

Items eligible for approval:

  • Original Art 
  • Moulding, mat, and print samples — for trade clients only 

Items not eligible for approval:

  • Last Call items
  • All other artwork and merchandise

Original Art can go out on approval for a maximum of three (3) business days. If the item is not returned past the due date, or if it comes back damaged, it will be considered final sale.

For our trade clients: Moulding, mat, and print samples can go out on approval for a maximum of one (1) week, otherwise we will charge for the equivalent amount of merchandise.
